‘Wings: Making the Field Notes 2010 Fall Edition’ by Coudal Partners

I have to say that I love this kind of videos, about nice, interesting but unkown people doing their thing but with such and integrity and passion using old techniques, creating something that might be consider as modern craft. And this is the case of how the Raven’s Wing Field Notes are printed. The video focuses on the work of Dan Barron, the fella’ who is being doing this old technique printing for 15 years, which is pretty remarkable. 

The video was made for the amazing guys of Coudal Partners, a Chicago Based design, advertising and interactive studio who did the vidoe as part of the campain for the release of the new fall COLORS imited-edition of this Field Notes notebooks. The video is amazing and so are the new notebooks, right? Enjoy.
